My name is Olivia Prusky and I am a junior at Duke University studying Political Science and Journalism.

As a member of Gen Z, I have grown up on the Internet. I’ve witnessed almost every social media stage, from Bethany Mota to the Vlog Squad to TikTok influencers. If those phrases are gibberish to you, that is alright. My passion is to observe the ever-changing Internet landscape and explain how social media seeps into reality, influencing culture, psychology, politics, economics, and the environment. I aim to connect Internet gibberish to real-life issues that we all feel today.
